FULL- SERVICE RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL DESIGN
MINIMUM INVESTMENT $30,000
STEP 1: INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
Residential Design/Commercial Consultations start at $525, typically do not exceed 2 hrs, and include the following
Walk-through of home
Detailed discussion regarding aesthetic goals and atmospheric expectations. We will be intentional about exploring how you would like your space to look and feel!
Style Assessment. Feel free to bring whatever INSPIRES YOU into the mix. An art piece, photographs of your favorite hotel, a family heirloom. If it inspires YOU, it inspires US!
Tentative Project Budget Projection. Based on the information gathered during our initial encounter, our team with draft several proposals highlighting service fees, construction/vendor costs, and hi-low range pricing for furniture based on a soft- pull selection. It is important to us that our clients have an accurate estimate of what the project will cost in its totality before fully committing to our service.
STEP 2: DESIGN CURATION AND PRESENTATION
Our team will translate all the information uncovered during the consult into a curated design that is uniquely yours. Our motto is “ Tell us who you are, and we’ll show you what you meant”. We will use various different mediums from 2D floor plans and elevations to premium 3D renderings to communicate our vision for your space.
We will travel to you to conduct a full presentation unveiling the Master Plan
STEP 3: DESIGN EDITING AND INVOICING
Clients will receive 10 days of design editing where you are aloud to interchange furniture items, colors, textures, wallpaper options etc. We do this in an effort to make sure the final product is a balanced collaborative expression of the client’s heart and our expertise.
Once all designs are finalized and approved, clients will be invoiced for their selections. Our team will go through the proper channels to secure the final quotes from all contractors, trades, and vendors what will be involved in the process.
STEP 4: PRODUCT ORDER AND DELIVERY
During this phase, your furniture is being made, ordered, and received at our warehouse for inspection, over the coming weeks/months. If any product arrives damaged or broken we are able to get a replacement before it ever reaches the threshold of your door. If you are revonavating, construction is also happening simultaneously during this phase.
STEP 5: DESIGN STAGING AND INSTALLATION
The Moment of Manifestation! The moment we finally get to realize the Vision! The Sanctuary Team will deliver and install all furniture, accessories, artwork, rugs, lighting, window treatments etc. into your space. You will enjoy your SHIFTED Atmosphere for years to come!
SANCTUAR"E-DESIGN” SERVICE
MINIMUM INVESTMENT $12,000
E-DESIGN consultations start at $350. E-design consultations can be deducted virtually or in person. Clients will receive an itemized shopping list to make purchasing simple! Clients will use 2D floor plans accompanied by 3D renderings to install and stage their curated design on their own. Client is responsible for sourcing their own contractors and obtaining pricing for any architectural enhancements that the design may entail
